コースからは、瀬戸内海が見渡せ、背後には高縄山を望む。
距離があり、風早の地名の通り高縄山からの風がコースの戦略性を高める。
丘陵コースであるがほぼ平坦で、コースの長さ、幅とも十分な距離がある本格チャンピオンコース。
